Stephanie+Jake | A Wedding at SFA Hotel

I love how Stephanie and Jake met in New York City but are both from Austin. and I love that she sent Jake queso during his trip to London. I understand such admiration for queso as well.

The SFA Hotel was an awesome location for a wedding just being blocks from the Austin Capitol. Beth from 36th Street Events did a awesome job running the show.

Another fun fact: Stephanie’s brother can SERIOUSLY dance to Michael Jackson.

I’m not exactly sure why I thought of ‘bling bling’ as the title for Loren & Jarad’s wedding, maybe because there were giant engagement rings over the napkins on the dinner tables, maybe because we told Loren to be gangster during the portraits, either way, I like it. A 400 person wedding is a lot to handle but Loren & Jarad are just really popular people, what can they say? I think we should go out for drinks some time.

Tenley+Dustin | A Wedding @ Starhill Ranch

I just love this venue, it’s so unique and every wedding I shoot there is different from the last. It was the perfect venue for Tenley & Dustin – a relaxed, fun, and beautiful wedding for a relaxed, fun, and beautiful couple. win, win, and win.

Leigh Ann & Mike | The Wedding

I’m so happy to see that these two have officially tied the knot. They’re just one of those couples that you can’t just help but smile when you’re around them. As some may have read on their engagement session post, Mike is a friend of mine from Texas State, and it makes me so happy and nostalgic to see him ‘all grown up’ and having a gorgeous wedding *tear*. You guys are amazing.

Shannon + Jon | A Waterfall Wedding

Shannon and Jon had one of the most gorgeous ceremony sites ever, the waterfall at Canyon Springs Golf Club in San Antonio. We had to take a golf cart to get there, but it was worth it. You may (but probably won’t) recognize Shannon as one of the bridesmaids from Martha & Jeff’s wedding back in November. I love seeing my former clients at weddings.
