Emily + Lee | The Wedding

Emily and Lee currently live in North Carolina so I only got to meet Emily briefly before the wedding. I was delited to find out how awesome they are. The ceremony was held at Queen of Angel’s Chapel and the rest of the festivities were held at one of my very favorite venues, Star Hill Ranch. Emily made a lot of custom details that really made the wedding more… well.. ‘them’. This was a just plain beautiful wedding. Enjoy the slideshow, there is a link at the bottom!

Kayla + Brien | An Aggie Kinda Wedding

This was my first time to be shooting in the Bryan/College Station area, Kayla & Brien did not disappoint. They did the first look on campus and despite the wetness due to the rain from the night before we took a ton of awesome bridal party photos. It was my first time on the A&M campus so they had to give me a little tour along the way. The wedding was held at the Astin Mansion and Wade of Livewire Productions did something I had never heard before… he told the ‘love story’ of the couple, about how the met, what they first thought of each other on the first date, it was quite beautiful and then I understood more and more why this couple seemed just so perfect for each other. Niki + Adam | The Wedding

When Niki is a famous director/producer/actress I hope she remembers her wedding photographer. Spectacularly chill and fun wedding with Adam and Niki at the Church at King William and the Old San Francisco Steakhouse in San Antonio, TX. Slideshow at the bottom yo!!

Austin Wedding Photography Slideshow | Marisa+Phillip

Last Saturday my 2nd shooter, Shyann, and I shot Marisa and Phillips wedding at St. Albert’s church with the reception to follow at the Renissance Hotel in Austin. I have to tell a little bit of Marisa & Phillip’s story, because it’s just amazingly cute…. Phillip’s dad is a co-owner of a little restaurant right by the church the ceremony was held at, called Cafe Java. Every Sunday Phillip would be working as a waiter to help out, every Sunday Marisa and friends would go eat there… and after FIVE years of flirting they finally went out on a date. It didn’t take long after that to see that the couple was destined to be (as cheesy as that sounds!). The reception was a blast and the band Third Language kept the party going, okay, they were just down right awesome. Austin Wedding Photography Slideshow| Cacey+Jason

I shot Cacey and Jason’s wedding last Sunday at the Zilker Clubhouse in Austin- it has a beautiful view of downtown and Cacey & Jason had an awesome vintage flare to their wedding. (her dress was sweeeeet!) Poor Jason messed up his knee though and had to be on crutches all night- however I believe we made the best of them ;)

Waco Wedding Photography | Paula+Brandon

So far this month I have posted 3 weddings in from 3 different cities, none of which were Austin. (but the next one will be Austin)… It was a rainy day, a very rainy day, but Paula and Brandon were in good spirits and we made an awesome adventure out of getting shots in the trudging through the wet ground and puddles. It was worth it all and I love them for being down for ANYthing I suggested, even if it got the dress a little wet! Enjoy my favorite photos and as always, there is a slideshow at the bottom. :)
